If for any reason it is not returned with a full tank, you will be charged a full tank plus a charge for us to do this as per our terms.
That depends on the nature of the endorsement. Maximum of two 3 point speeding fines/other minor offences in the last five years and have had no more than one minor accident in three years. Anything else cannot be covered by insurance and therefore the hire cannot proceed.

A portaloo is a good toilet solution if you are wild camping or not wanting to use public toilets on camp sites.
Thetford Porta Potti 365 comes with a pop up tent and has a
Flushing water system with 21L waste holding tank and is comfortable and hygienic
It comes with a carry case and is stored under the back seat of the van.
It comes with toilet care products and toilet paper.
Full instructions are in the info book.
If you are on a campsite, there should be an area specifically designed for you to dispose of your toilet waste. If you are wild camping then we suggest you find a public toilet and dispose of it that way.
Where you heart desires! We ask that the vans are rested at regular intervals. For all round trips over 1000 miles we ask that your hire our vans for a minimum of 7 days.
The leisure battery is charged up when you’re on the move and will last for about 7 hours and will charge with the Solar panel when off grid.
The battery works the USB sockets, fridge, electric tap, ignition on the hob and interior lights. This means the vehicles main battery is never used. We recommend that you plug into a campsite’s electrical hook-up to keep it charged overnight. The electric sockets only work off the mains hook up.
We will supply a kit list before you arrive. Sense of humour and sense of adventure is a must!
Please make sure the fridge contents are removed, the sink is wiped down, all rubbish disposed of and the floor is wiped down. It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure all hired optional extras are returned in the same condition.
We will hand over the van key and the bike rack key on collection. As per our terms and conditions, there will be a charge for the loss or damage to the van key.
Both vans are Automatic ( No more blisters from the gear stick! )
Both our campers are long wheel base. There are not many to hire in the UK!

Prior to your arrival you will be sent a collection of Video Demos to show how you set up the van and how it all works.
Ok so we won't get an Oscar for our short films but feedback suggests that they are a good tool to refer to. This also enables us to reduce our handover period as part of our Covid Policy. We will do a quick run through how the van works when you collect your vehicle. All Paperwork will need to be submitted and checked on line prior to your arrival.
Yes and a parking camera.

Yes. We recommend as with all holidays you purchase Travel Insurance. Please ensure you have a Covid Insurance Policy if for any reason you need cancel due to Coronovirus. Please refer to our Covid Policy on our information page on website.
Yes. During these unprecedented times, most campsites require you to pre book. Please book well in advance as there will be limited spaces due to the extension of the distance between pitches due to social distancing. To ensure social distancing, most campsites have partitioned off areas inside each toilet block, and some have hired in extra portaloos and extra shower units. There will also be extra sanitising points outside the blocks so that all campers can wash their hands before entering. For those who want to have their own toilet facilities, you can hire our portaloo and privacy tent. You will be able to dispose of the contents in the public toilets.
In short NO. The camper must not be driven on roads which are not suitable for vehicles. Signs must never be ignored. We reserve the right to contact you and ask you to move to a more suitable terrain. When possible please book campsites which have paved/gravel pitches as opposed to parking up on grass. It is a strong possibility that the van could get stuck especially when it has been raining. Our breakdown cover does not include any incidences off road therefore it is the responsibility for our customers to resolve the problem.
Yes if our customers are in breach of any term of this agreement
