Simply scroll across our calendar and click on the date you are interested in and this will give you the price and availability of your road trip.
We offer weekly, midweek and weekend breaks throughout the year. Once you have chosen your date you will have the option to add extras to your booking.
We do a minimum of 3 nights, with our change over days allowing us to offer 3/4/7/10/11/14 nights. Anything outside these please call Zoe on 07468 571341.

All guests will be required to register their details, which are kept securely.
You will receive a booking confirmation email from us and then for insurance purposes we need you to email us copies of the following for each driver when we request the information which will be 7 days prior to your road trip!
**PLEASE ENSURE BEFORE YOU BOOK THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION**
- 1. Copy of the photo card drivers’ licence (Address & ID must be up to date) Images of both the front and back of license.
- 2. Two forms of proof of address (Must meet all mentioned criteria below) dated within 90 days of travel.
- 3. Online licence check – https://www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk/driving-record/licence-number. Please click through once you have the code and send the summary email.
Additional criteria:-
1. Must meet the specified age limit within your policy and have at least 2 years driving experience (Full UK or EU Licence)
2. Two, 3 point convictions are acceptable (i.e. 2x Sp30’s, 3pts each) without referral. Any single conviction totalling 6 points+ will require referral.
3. No more than one fault or outstanding accident/claim/incident in the last 3 years

- Bank Statement
- Credit card bill / statement
- Polling card
- HMRC self-assessment / tax credit
- Student loan

- An annual council tax bill will be accepted. All other documents must be dated within
- 90 days of the hire date. The address & name on your licence must match both documents.
The above requirements are mandatory for insurance purposes. Without these documents you will not be able to hire our camper. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all documents can be provided. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund if paperwork is incomplete after the booking stage.
All paperwork needs to be in place in order for it to be signed off by 5pm 2 days before your rental.
**ANY BOOKINGS MADE WITHIN 24-48 HOURS WILL REQUIRE ALL DOCUMENTATION AND EXCESS DEPOSIT TO BE IN PLACE ON DAY OF BOOKING**
- Please note that if you have moved and your licence address is not up to date then we require proof of your application to the DVLA. If this is being processed then proof will be accepted.
To confirm your booking a non refundable deposit is required.
It is only £200 to book your road trip!!
The rest of the balance is due 6 weeks before your rental hire.
For bookings within 6 weeks the full rental fee is due.
Security Deposit
£500 is due a minimum of 3 days before your hire date. This covers the excess of the insurance policy if the vehicle is damaged. This is a mandatory requirement by all campervan hire rental businesses. This will be refunded within 7 days of return. An initial check will be carried out on the return of the vehicle and then once fully cleaned before the vans are hired out again we will confirm the return of your excess deposit. It is important that you read through our terms and conditions at the above link before proceeding to book. Once the deposit has been paid this is confirmation that you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Booking condition
The driver requirements are that you are aged 25-75 years, have held a full driving licence for at least two years that has no more than two minor endorsements, and that you have not had more than one recent claim that was your fault. These are requirements of our insurance policy. If you are aged 23-25 please get in touch as we can apply to our insurance company on your behalf. This will depend on numerous factors i.e driving experience. If you are aged between 23-25 the excess deposit will be £750.
Please note that the refundable excess deposit for Scout ( Ford Trekker X ) is £1000

We accept BACS Transfers & Paypal.
Paypal will allow customers to use their Credit Card
Please note that all payments through Paypal will incur a 3.5% charge (This is charged by Paypal)
Bank Transfers incur no additional charge.
